We went to India on a cruise ship. I contacted Perfect Agra Tours for an overnight tour of Taj Mahal from Mumbai. Ashish responded my inquiry quickly and professionally. He also gave me a very good price. However, due to the bureaucracy of our ship's security department, our passports were not returned to us in time for us to catch our flights to Delhi. We tried to change our flights but all morning flights were fully booked. Ashish advised me that we could miss Tarj Mahal and it's our decision to proceed the trip to Delhi. When I arrived at DEL around 2:00 pm, our driver Mr Singh picked me up. He drove me to Qutub Minar where I took some of the best photos of this trip. Then we went back to the airport to pick up my wife (who was on a different flight) around 4:30 pm. Mr Singh then drove us to see the Lotus temple. Though it's closed by the time we arrived, it's still good to snap a picture of the exterior. Next morning, Mr. Singh came to pick us up at 6:30am. He gave us a tour of India Gate, Rashtrapati Bhavan (exterior), Gurudwara Bangla Sahib, Jama Masjid, Red Fort and Humayun’s Tomb. We were then sent off to the airport at 1pm. Even though we missed Taj Mahal, we had a good time visiting the top attractions in Delhi thanks to the help of Perfect Agra Tours. During the whole process, I kept frequent contact with Mr Gupta who responded my inquiries instantly even when it’s last in the evening. I understand he has a lot other businesses to attend to. But his willingness to help us and making last minute changes for us says a lot of about his attitudes towards his customers. I highly recommended him to other people considering a tour in Delhi golden triangle area. Thank you Mr Gupta and Mr Singh!

Mr. Ashish of Perfect Agra Tour expertly handled the booking and confirmation etc via Whatsapp. Ms. Poonam took me to tour around attractions in old and new Delhi, on a nice and clean car drove by Mr. Shezad. Ms. Poonam also helped me shopped for things I need. No better way to have a day out in the city.
