Overall this was an excellent tour with great accommodations and food. We had one driver for our entire tour and different tour guides each day. The reason we offer a Very Good rating instead of Excellent is because our driver never attempted to converse with us and was reckless at times in his driving habits. The other "downer" was the Rathambore Tiger Tour itself. We had to drive 1-1/2 hours to our 1st visit with another driver who was less than cautious. We actually got to the reserve three hours after sunrise, too late to really see the tigers when they should have been most active and in the evening we left well before sunset when they again would have been active. We saw a lot of interesting sites and overall the tour was more than worth the cost.

I have nothing but good things to say about this tour. We missed the Delhi tour because our plane was six hours late, so our driver D. K. and our guide waited patiently for us at the airport. D. K. watched for things of interest to us, pointing them out as we drove, and stopping, if possible, to let us take pictures. Our guides ( Ashok in Jaipur and A. D. in Agra) generously shared their knowledge with us and answered all our questions. A. D. even took me, per my request, to a local store to let me get some groceries that locals use. Additionally, he helped us get excellent pictures of the Taj Mahal, much better than we could have taken without him. We did book our own hotels, which were all excellent, so I can’t comment on the hotels included with the tour.

Wonderfully organised, with punctual and flexible drivers and tour guides. Felt comfortable in the vehicles (air conditioned and clean) and safe with the drivers (no rash driving or speeding). Guides recommended safe and tourist-friendly places to eat, and were accommodating of our preferences. Two outstanding workers that must be mentioned within the Pacific National Tours group, include Mr Hari Babu (the tour car driver for most of our journey) and Mr Aadarsh (our guide for Agra). Mr Hari Babu took great care in driving us safely and comfortably, ensuring we were provided with clean places to eat, and plenty of bottled water to drink along the way. Mr Aadarsh was extremely knowledgeable and very effective in transferring that knowledge to us. All in all, we had a wonderful time in India with huge thanks to Pacific National Tours, and would highly recommend to all our family and friends.

This company put together a dream team for our 5 day tour. Hari was the most amazing, safe and courteous driver. Ravi, Assuk, Monty, and Mahesh rounded up the team. Their knowledge and pride about their country was fascinating to listen too. We were so fortunate to view 4 tigers and a leopard on safari. In addition in each location we visited they knew just the right spots to stand for the best pictures. Accommodations each evening were perfect. We were shown local artisans in each city who are working hard to retain the craftsmanship and traditions in rugs, jewelry, clothing, needlework and marble that have existed in their country for centuries. I would hire this company again in a minute and their hard work has given us the desire to return to India. I could go on and on. I can not say enough good things about this company.
