Agra Fort is the second world heritage site of the city. It is one of the oldest and largest forts in India. It was built in the 10th century by the Hindu Rajput King Badal Singh. Later this fort was rebuilt by Third Mughal King Akbar. Akbar built lots of palaces in Agra fort with red sandstone. Shahjahan also added some magnificent buildings with white marble. Jahangir Palace, Diwan-a-Khas, Diwan-a-am, and khas mahal are the beautiful palaces of Agra Fort.

2:00 PM A beautiful building built in white marble is the tomb of Mirza Gyas Beg. He was the prime minister in the court of Jahangir and died in 1621 in Agra. Later his daughter or wife Jahangir decided to build a mausoleum. This mausoleum was in white marble with beautiful inlay work.

3:00 PM It is the tomb of Akbar. He died in 1605, and later his son Jahangir built this memorial.
