    I had a fantastic experience during my Ashtanga yoga class at Yoga Tours By India! The atmosphere and overall experience were amazing. As soon as I walked in, I received a warm welcome from the staff. They even provided a complimentary bottle of water as part of the package, which was a nice touch. It was great to have everything I needed for my practice, including yoga mats and blocks. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, I highly recommend this class. The classes at Yoga Tours By India exceeded my expectations. They offered a perfect balance of strength-building exercises and Vinyasa flow, allowing for focused breath work.     Absolutely fantastic yoga experience. Our instructor Verdaan was incredibly knowledgeable, talented, personable, and a joy to spend the morning with. Great for all levels. As a side note…his English was great too

    It was a fun experience and we got to try many new poses and we got an extra hour. However, we felt it was overpriced for Delhi.

    I loved Verdaan’s teaching and the outdoor park setting was perfect. I learned more about yoga in this one hour of individual instruction than in all the group classes I’ve taken back in the US over the last 10 years. it was really enjoyable too. Highly recommended!
