This is my 2nd NYC Photo Safari - and I'll be back for more! Not only did I have the opportunity to explore the city with a local, I learned so many things that are going to make me a better photographer. We talked about composition, light, and how to better leverage features in my camera. I came away with some great shots and lots of tips and tricks to build upon. I'll be back!

I came in with zero knowledge of photography and walked away feeling pretty confident in using my camera in my upcoming trip. Zim walked through the basics of the camera, did real time demonstrations of the differences between the settings and then applied it in taking some pictures around Central Park. Truly a wealth of knowledge and truly a blast to hang out with! Would highly recommend anyone curious about photography or looking for some guidance in navigating NYC photography.

This tour taught me more about photography and how to take a good picture in 2 hours than I learned in 2 years with online videos. Zim was incredible and was beyond patient with me! I will definitely be back to learn more and get more shots!

My 15 year old son took the “tour” and learned so much. It’s definitely more of a workshop with lots of instruction on how to best use your camera features. The small group size (in his case only 2 people) meant everyone got individual time. His instructor was super experienced and got him thinking on how he could use this hobby to earn a living.

Zim, our instructor, was awesome. Right from the start you could tell she knew what she was talking about (she had 25 years of professional experience). She was easy to talk to, and made us feel comfortable. It was fun and totally recommended
