    NOT an hour as advertised and they make you show up early to check in for no reason. People boarding boat 30 minutes after designated check in time. They keep you docked for awhile so you will buy from their bar. Very pretty views, just not enough seating and too much wasted time.

    Seeing the NY skyline at night was impressive, as was the Statue of Liberty. We had plenty of time to get photos of her. The commentary was a little difficult to follow as landmarks were pointed out, but before you had time to find them, the next information was given. More time to call out landmarks would have been preferable.

    This evening cruise was amazing and perfect time to get some great photos of the sunset over the Brooklyn bridge 😍 To get there you need to goto dock 4 at pier 36 where a member of the crew is there to check you in, he had on uniform for majestic princess, don’t goto the liberty cruise bit as that’s the wrong place. I would advise entering the pier from the Brooklyn bridge side as I came through a kind of construction site entrance which to some can be uncomfortable (I just followed by Google maps) Plenty of seating on board and not overcrowded, I would advise getting there early as the seating is round the edges of the windows and then tables with chairs. There is an outside bit with glass doors which we all went out on when we approached Statue of Liberty which the boat captain got us in really close too and was spectacular! There is a cash only bar on board too so if you want drinks etc… make sure someone has cash 🙂

    Horrendous experience. Trip Advisor has never let me down before until now… 1. No signage on how to get to the pier. Pitch black, no lighting, straight out of a Law and Order SVU episode 2. Boat was filthy. It was old and run down. Toilet was was broken, bathroom was disgusting 3. Pre recorded tour guide audio was impossible to hear 4. The smell of engine fumes was overwhelming. We kept changing seats as the air was asphyxiating Boat trip from hell, do not recommend

    I recently booked this boat ride and they cancelled it upon arrival without notifying us. I would like to receive a refund a for this ride we never even got to experience especially considering we paid for transportation to come here as well. The men in charge were also incredibly rude and dismissive and would not communicate with us on what we should do. They just kept telling us it was oversold and wouldn’t let us on even as we kept showing our reservation. I’ve emailed twice about it and have yet to receive a response.
