My partner and I have just returned from NYC (visiting from Dubai) and we had a fantastic tour with John. We picked the 4 hour tour of Brooklyn and were amazed to see and learn such so much about the history and culture of this fascinating place in such a short period of time! Don’t be worried about the cycle - the streets are flat and John moves at a pace his guests feel comfortable with! We stopped for pizza and craft beer which was great. A must do when in NYC - get out of Manhattan and experience the delights that I

This was a fabulous tour that took us to parts of the city, that as casual tourists we would never go - Harlem, through the busy streets of the Bronx, a bit of Queens and the upper east side. It's not the same as the bus. We rode through all kinds of neighborhoods and stopped at a number of interesting sites. One of the most surprising things was the greenways and parks we rode through. At our lunch stop in the Bronx we had some of the best pizza ever - and the stop at the Italian Market was a real surprise. I also enjoyed the Hall of Fame for Americans and so much more. A walk through the woods at Central Park after a rain was so quiet and surprising. This is not a tour for the faint of heart. Part of what makes it interesting are the hilly assents, variety of pavement, some busy streets and a few 'carry the bike up/down the stairs' moments. Robert was an enthusiastic and knowledgeable guide. It was a memorable day.

If you want to see Harlem and the Bronx and get the real feel if the cities, people, culture and the history this is the tour to go on. Robbie our guide is very passionate and knowledgeable about his city, and it’s history. Stopped at so many places the average tourist would never see. Tour was a good pace, lots of time for pictures and stops but we covered a lot of miles, be ready to bike. Equipment was all in great shape as well. I got two flat tires, Robbie fixed them both, he even bikes back 4miles from the ferry, after I realized I left my backpack in The Bronx at a coffee, shop to get it Great tour I would recommend to anyone who loves biking and seeing the real culture.

On Thursday May 2nd, my partner and I joined one of the tours through the Bronx and Harlem. The tour started at 11 am and our guide was Robby. We truely had an amazing day! The tour was even better than expected. It was full of very interesting sites one would otherwise never visit as a tourist. We felt very privileged to see this side of New York. Our favorite parts of the tour were the rides through the streets, having a look at different styles of buildings, seeing people interact in their neighborhoods, the natural beauty of the parks and alongside the Hudson river, the beautiful views the many bridges and the colleges and universities, along with the historical sites that came up at sometimes unexpected locations. We want to make a huge compliment to Robby, who did fabulous as a guide. Robby is clearly very passionate about the work he does, and that shows in the enthusiasm he has during the tour. Robby made an extra effort to pass by sites he thought might be interesting to us, and was clearly very well informed about the history of all the sites. He was able to answer our questions. We enjoyed the lunch with him at Bronx Community College. All in all this was a wonderful day for us. Thanks for making this happen! And thanks also for ordering such great weather. We will surely be back for more, and are happy to recommend your company to ours friends an family visiting New York. Kind regards, Karin from the Netherlands
