Review might be a bit skewed because rating is due to things outside of the tour operator's control. Horse and tour guide were great but we had to reschedule our trip and this tour so we went at night and we couldn't see anything, plus it was raining. So I write this only to say book with this company but book in the day time (morning) so you can actually experience the park.

Our guide and his horse were great. Provided some good information about the park. Answered our questions and was ready and waiting for us even though we were a bit early. Driver only offered us to get off at one spot. Wanted to see Strawberry Field / Imagine / John Lennon Memorial, but wasn’t offered to stop there. It was neat to see the Dakota building where John Lennon lived though. The park is beautiful and you wouldn’t think you are in middle of NYC.

It was lonely day, so I decided to go out and get some synergy. This tour made my day! The driver was super cool, knowledgeable, respectful. I got to feed the horse, see the Central Park and New York City from a Carriage. I highly recommend this activity for anyone visiting BYC.
