• This is an outdoor activity, please dress appropriately for the weather.

• This is a walking tour, for the majority of time, we will be on foot. Depending on your chosen tour length, you should expect moderate to high amount of walking involved at a medium pace.
• Service animals allowed
• This tour is not recommended to people with severe mobility issues, back problems or other medical conditions that preclude from walking and standing for a prolonged time.
• Tour takes place rain or shine.
• Near public transportation
• In the rare event of severe weather conditions, the operator may be forced to cancel the tour. If canceled due to extreme weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date or full refund.
• No heart problems or other serious medical conditions
• Most travelers can participate
• Wheelchair accessible. If required the tour guide can help adjust the itinerary to make it wheelchair accessible. Please note that although the tour is wheelchair accessible, NYC Subway system is only partially accessible. The tour will need to be adjusted accordingly.
• This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund

IMPORTANT NOTES: This is a Walking Tour (no transportation is included). The tour can start from the client's hotel, if centrally located in Manhattan, or client's preferred location in Manhattan south of 96th Street. Alternatively, Tour Guide will suggest a convenient meeting point for the Tour. Upon Tour confirmation, clients can schedule and arrange meeting time and location directly with the Tour Guide.
