I was able to talk to a guide who was present on the day, looking at the exhibitions and accounts by those affected by the event. It was harrowing and emotional but very well presented. I was a Police Officer at Birmingham Airport UK when it happened and at the start it was like watching a disaster movie but the reality for people's lives now hits home even more. Thanks to all the staff and volunteers who made the site possible.

A very thoughtful, moving memorial. They did however allow too many people entry and staff were advising everyone in the main exhibition to move more quickly through due to overcrowding. We therefore had to cut it short.

I am not sure what adjectives to use to describe this. All I can say is it is a very moving experience. I highly recommend adding the guided tour once inside. It's another $20, but well worth it.

Visiting the 9/11 Memorial & Museum was a deeply moving experience. The memorial itself, with the waterfalls and reflecting pools, is incredibly powerful and beautifully designed. Inside the museum, the exhibits were both heartbreaking and informative, giving us a real sense of the events and the people affected. It's a heavy topic, but it felt important to witness and remember. While somber, the overall feeling was actually more uplifting than we expected – a testament to the resilience of the city and those impacted by the tragedy.

What a wonderful memorial. So well done. Definitely not to be missed. We were able to skip the line and go straight to the entrance.
