The Te Whanganui-A-Hei Marine Reserve opens up a sea kayaking paradise full of beaches, islands and rock gardens that are just waiting to be explored. Paddle through sea caves, interact with the local marine life and discover the thrill of kayak sailing with the wind on your back. The tour offers great photo opportunities and is topped off with cappuccinos, hot chocolates and cookies at Cathedral Cove!

    Awesome experience. It was a pretty mild kayak around to the Cathedral Cove. I would recommend this, even if you have no kayaking experience. The walking path is not open right now, and those who go around have to figure out how to slide down the broken part of the path. It's easier to just kayak. The tour guide was familiar with the area, so we were able to get a lot of fun information on the area.

    Loved every moment of this excursion. Nathan was a fun kayak guide and great beach barista. Learned a ton about the area, saw amazing sites, never felt rushed or herded around. The whole operation was run very smoothly, with top-notch kayaks and gear, guides who all seemed to love what they do, and when it looked like it would be better for us to kayak on a Friday morning instead of Thursday afternoon, our tickets were changed with zero stress or hassle. And finally... Cathedral Cove! C'mon, you have to go. Cannot recommend this company and paddle enough.

    We had a wonderful kayaking trip! Our guide, Georgia, was sweet, funny, and knowledgeable about the area. Our stop at Cathedral Cove beach was stunning and the cookies and cappuccino were delicious. I highly recommend this trip!

    We loved our cathedral cove tour with Georgia. We really liked the small group size and the relaxed pace of the tour. The double kayaks were very comfortable. Georgia shared lots of knowledge about local wildlife with us and pointed out places of interest along the way. The coffee, hot chocolate and cookies on the beach were a really cool touch. Would highly recommend to anyone!
