We actually liked the tour and the guide but we were given conflicting pick up information that found up costing us 93+ Euros to get to the Régua train station when we could have been picked up (like the other members of the group) in Porto civic center area for free. Is there some thing you can do to offset these charges or give credit for the future? I can supply the Uber receipt.

We picked up the bus from the centre of Porto. Our guide, Igor, was enthusiastic, polite and friendly. The information he provided was very good and he was obviously very knowledgeable. Our driver, Pedro, was excellent. We were on the bus for two hours and we felt very safe. The port and wine tasting were well organised and informative. It was good to visit contrasting vineyards. The boat trip allowed us to see the valley from a different perspective and learn a lot about the area. Lunch was 3 course, quickly served and the wine was plentiful. All in all the day was well organised and we met lots of lovely people.

Ivo was a great tour guide and made the bus ride so much better. Douro valley is beautiful, highly recommend!

Luis was a fantastic tour guide, the wineries were great especially the first, Quinta do Tedo. Food at lunch was much better than we expected and the van and boat were a good way to see the Douro valley. Real value for money and would highly recommend.
