Darma, our tour guide was great. We chatting about culture and everyday Bali life. He was so personable and friendly. Keep in mind the photo line at the Gate of Heaven can be very long. Our trip was in March which isn’t during peek season, and we would have waited 3 hours for your number for pictures. On the other hand, the pictures are bad ass and well worth it.

Darma was fantastic. I enjoyed chatting with him about the sites and even daily life in Bali. The Balinese culture is fascinating and very different then my normal everyday, which is the #1 reason I travel. Highly recommend.

As Lempuyang Temple was closed for visiting due to religious festival, our guide and driver Darma made for us a customised itinerary which included not only Taman Ujung and Tirta Gangga (both are fantastic), but also Kintamani (mount Batur view), Coffee Luvak farm with small botanical garden, where we had a tea and coffee tasting, and rice terraces viewing point. Everything was perfectly organised from logistics point of view! Every place we visited exceeded our expectations. Mr. Darma is a great companion- very decent and interesting to talk to, he speaks very good English and drives safely.

The driver and Tour Coach Tu Adi was very professional, helpful, knowledgeable, patient and speak good English. I enjoyed visiting the 3 places - Puri Taman Ujung, Pura Agung Lempuyang and Tirta gangga Palace. However, I'm very disappointed this day tour didn't include the famous Besakih Temple and Tenganan Bali Aga Village. I was looking forward to visiting these 2 places also in East Bali.
