The incompetence was staggering - a driver who spoke no English, a dilapidated vehicle with torn seats and a barely functional air conditioner. Our meal was a disaster, swarming with flies, served in a disgustingly dirty and foul-smelling shack. The journey itself was a nightmare, teetering on the brink of disaster with a reckless driver; we were lucky to escape unscathed from what could have been multiple fatal accidents. Frustrated and furious, we were forced to cancel everything after a mere two hours. I've already fired off several emails demanding a refund. This isn't just poor service; it's an outright scam, a bold-faced lie that puts tourists' lives in jeopardy. I won't stop here. I'm taking this to the government of Bali, tourist associations, and broadcasting this sham across my social media to warn others. This level of negligence and deceit is unforgivable.
