We booked this tour very spontaneously, and everything went smoothly. Aries, our great and friendly driver, confirmed our pickup at our hotel in Ubud (2:20) via WhatsApp and reminded us of what we need to bring. He picked us up punctually and drove us to the meeting point where we met our lovely guide Ayu. We ended up getting a private tour by Ayu up and down the mountain, as we were the only ones to book that day (booked a group of max 5), and she is an amazing guide. We went up rather quickly (1 hour to the top), taking short breaks whenever we needed them. She was very friendly and considerate throughout the hike and once we got to the top, she secured us the best seats, brought us breakfast, coffee and some snacks, and later even took some great pictures of and with us. It was a bit cloudy that day, but it was an amazing experience nevertheless; the view is breathtaking even without the perfect sunrise. The climb was demanding, but not as much as we expected. You will still arrive drenched in sweat at the top (at least I did), so a jacket is very important due to cold winds. The path up and down is slippery due to loose ground, so the right shoes are important. Once we got back down, Aries picked us up and drove us to the hot springs. Again, we were among the first people to arrive so we had a while to enjoy the relaxing pools before all of the others arrived. Afterwards he drove us back to the hotel safely. All in all we absolutely recommend this tour, Aries and Ayu, who made this an amazing experience!

We had such a wonderful experience with Made our guide and Komang as driver! They so have a spot reserve in Mount Batur that is much less crowded than others. The organization throughout the whole journey was seamless and Made was so joyous and well prepared for the hike. At the summit, we had a lovely breakfast and hot tea, which felt like a great reward after the hike. I highly recommend this experience.

We had an amazing experience with the Mount Batur sunrise trek! From start to finish, we felt well taken care of. Our guide, Wayan was simply fantastic - knowledgeable, friendly, and encouraging. The transfer to the starting point went smoothly, and we were even taken to an extraordinary activity afterward, which was not included in the itinerary. The extra cost for it was appropriate and absolutely worth it! We are thrilled with this experience and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bali. Five stars!

The tour packages are perfectly organized, their team works well The pick-up was on time, the guide was very experienced and had extensive knowledge of the history of Mount Batur and the surrounding area Our guide was also very kind and helped us a lot going up and down Mount Batur, He also took lots of photos and videos for us I highly recommend this company to other travelers on Mount Batur hiking activities

We loved it. A really beautiful morning. Our guide Made was brilliant, he made us feel very comfortable and was always making sure we were okay, we had a good chat with him too, and he took some great photos! The only thing we would improve is the breakfast. I think improve the food and make it an optional extra. we enjoyed the coffee though. Would definitely recommend!
