This was such a great way to explore the great historic Oxford University campus. Simon was very knowledgeable about the history of the colleges and the tutorial system. It was fascinating to learn of the interactions each college had with well-known historic figures and authors. Simon’s personal accounts of his experiences with faculty and members of the university helped paint a vivid picture of the unique experience of life at Oxford.

Simon was amazing, took us in 2 colleges and informed us of others we could visit for free throughout the day. We also got to visit the library and divinity hall. Gave us a good grounding for the rest of the trip. Myself and my friend felt Simon was very informative despite the cold weather he was very chirpy

Easily the highlight of our visit to Oxford. Our tour guide, Simon, started with the beginning days of Oxford then led us on a comfortable stroll in the footsteps of Shakespeare, Carroll, Tolkien, Lewis, all the way up to the filming locations of the Harry Potter movies, and everything you might want to know about Oxford in between. Our 90 minute tour flew by and primed us for further exploring on our own the next day. Highly recommend!!!

Iain was a knowledgeable and friendly guide. He was witty and engaged everyone in the group, who spanned several age groups and 8 different countries! Plenty of time given to asking questions so we found out lots about the colleges and how they are run as well as the history and architecture of the buildings

Early on a crisp Saturday morning Cam lead us 3 high school friends on a walking tour of Oxford, showing us the colleges, sights of filming for Morse, Lewis, Morse and Harry Potter, and places that inspired CS Lewis' Chronicles of Narnia. He was informed and welcomed questions, making the perfect tour of a beautiful place. It was money well spent!
