The site was incredible the guide great but the La Vacanza Travel part was extremely frustrating. One of our party was very ill and unable to attend but we could not find a way to ask for a refund even tho we tried multiple ways and times. I would not use La Vacanza Travel to book through again because of the terrible customer servicr.

Second time to the canyon and was amazed that it was even better than the first. This was made better by our amazing guide, Ryan. He was knowledgeable, patient, and very aware most of us were there for the photos. He gave great info on the history and terraforming of the canyon and was great with helping everyone get their perfect shop. We had a wonderful time!

A short dusty ride to the Canyon and you are at the most wonderful natural slot canyon. We bought the bandanas to wear before the ride and glad we did. Guides were great at helping with pictures and camera settings to take advantage of the natural light. Only issue was being rushed a bit through the canyon because of the need to get as many people through as possible in the shortest time. Well worth it and would have definitely regretted missing it.
