  • If the minimum number of participants is not reached, Galeries Lafayette reserves the right to cancel the class. In this case, you will be reimbursed for the entirety of the amount paid. You may cancel on your behalf, without fees, up to 48 hours in advance. After this time, the full amount of the class will be charged. For the sake of your health avoid eatingtoo much fat, sugar and salt.
  • We invite you to show up 5-10min before the activity, in case of delay of more than 10min, access to the activity will unfortunately be refused.
  • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund
  • This tour/activity will have a maximum of 6 travelers
  • Confirmation will be received at time of booking

Since the class is in a department store, we expected more of a demonstration and were absolutely delighted that it was very much hands on. The chef was comfortably bilingual -- the other four in the class were French speaking -- and the quality of the instruction was very high level. For about what a good lunch would have cost the two of us in a pleasant Paris restaurant, we were treated to a great learning and dining experience. Highly recommended!!

We’d booked for one vegetarian on the course and were told at the start that they were only doing a chicken dish. The chef was not prepared to try and accommodate the vegetarian. No real teaching or explanation or help. The chef just prepared the dish and we had to follow the best we could.. I asked for red wine to accompany the lunch and was told only white would be served. When i eventually persuaded the chef to let me have red i given given a very small glass and told that was all I was allowed. In the meantime my wife and two friends had a bottle of white left for them. All in all a very poor experience. Definitely not worth the money or the time Not recommended
