Because your company canceled our original tour we scheduled for the day before we only had an opportunity to take the Seine Cruise that same night. We didn't stay at the tower but a few minutes after we got up to the second floor. We went immediately to the pier and we were told we wouldn't be able to get on a cruise because they were down a boat and there were only 2 runs left. The crowds were massive. So we didn't get to take the Seine Cruise.

This was so very disappointing. You cannot buy tickets ( tho much cheaper and more convenient to get right there) because the scalpers buy them and resell for these tours which you think you are buying from a reputable online tour company- La Vacanza Travel. ) We had to go out of the way to meet and they did absolutely nothing but hand us our tickets for the Eiffel tower and Seine cruise, while we had to wait in the rain. We did the tower then had to search for the cruise ( in the rain). By the time we figured out where to line up- it was a boat for 600 people and a 45 minute wait in line. ( online it says maximum 300 people and ‘skip the line’ ) We could not even get on as it turned out disappointing. What a waste-spend your money somewhere reputable!!

Nice option if you don’t want to be tied to a long tour and prefer exploring on your own. The Seine River cruise was a bit disappointing for my disabled son. He is wheelchair bound and the level that was accessible for him (can’t do steps) didn’t provide a good line of sight to see all of the city and landmarks. Would say if you or a member of your group is disabled, you may want to look at another tour.

The pick up was a little chaotic with guests wondering off to the tower on their own and the guide having to flag them down. The guide had a very soft voice and it was hard to hear her instructions. We made it to the second floor with skip the line access. We were a party of 5 but were only given 4 tickets for the river cruise (hence minus stars).
