We had to wait in seemingly endless lines in a very hot sun in spite of “skip the line” tickets. I can only imagine it would have been worse without the guide, but for the summit, you’re on your own.
I sent a message to the holiday group tour stating that we would be 5 min late and asked if we could meet them at the Eiffel Tower. I received no response. I went to the office and it was closed. The sign on the door stated when they would be back a d when the next tour was. I waited to see if we could join the next tour a d was told I would have to wait until the next tour to see if there was room.on the tour. I orginally purchased to the top tickets and was told that we could only go the 2 floor and they charged me a 15.00 euro person tour exchange fee. Would not recommend this tour unless it was the first thing on your agenda.
Glad we did this. Made the trip to summit fun easy for all family members to enjoy! Don’t follow the link on “map” plug in actual address to find the ticket office.
Your operator will NOT contact you. My flight was canceled and I need to postpone. I tried repeatedly to contact both the operator and the tour company. To no avail.
Not as advertised. Could shorten one line but the five others were just as long as they would have been without tour. On second level left us to find our way upstairs and get to the correct line to ascend the tower. There was a huge mix-up. Group stood in wrong line to begin with, etc. River cruise on Seine was standing room only, as a result, we did not do it. Not pleased with the experience.
