We met on time at the designated location. They gave us our tickets and escorted us to the Tower. We didn’t have to worry about anything, and we went straight to the summit of the Eiffel Tower just as promised. It was perfect! It was worth the price to secure the summit for my 80 year old mom.

We had a lot of trouble connecting with our contact to get tickets. We were at the designated meeting place on time and waited 15 minutes and no one met us. We decided to go straight to the tower thinking they left early. We did so with no luck while calling the company. The company directed us to go back to the meeting spot which was several blocks away. We finally got the tickets but had to sprint back to the tower in order to make it in by the designated time slot. Once we were in it was a good tour but I do not recommend this company to get tickets.

The summit view was awesome as was the 2nd story. Our guide that got us through the entrance - skipping the queue- was fabulous spoke ver good English and was very informative
