Marc did a great job!! He really showed us the history of the area . We saw all the back streets , ate a croissant & baguette. He explained to us where all the painters lived . I t was great !! I would highly recommend this tour. Really something you cannot get the feel for this area walking around with a guidebook in your hand . Thanx again !!

Four of us toured the neighborhood with the expert guidance of Flora. She was very informative and skillfully guided us through the area Communication was great and she was skilled at finding things we liked and adapting them on the tour. Dont miss the tour of this neighborhood. it offers great food wonderful history and fantastic views. Flora was able to avoid the touristy areas when possible. Thank you for a great tour.

It was an excellent tour. I can’t wait to get back to Paris and explore with them in person. I especially liked our surprise visit to the artist’s studio. Great job. Thank you

I recently took Bertrand's tour of Montmartre along with a couple from California. I have been to Montmartre many times before, but I discovered new little streets and saw what felt like a "real" part of Paris, not just a tourist attraction. Bertrand showed us excellent food shops- cheese, meat, wine, bread, chocolate, macarons- and we stopped for samples. My only regret is that I was staying in a hotel and not an apartment so I could not cook! We learned about where famous artists lived and why they chose Montmartre. I had been to the Picasso Museum earlier so seeing where he painted was very interesting. Bertrand also showed us examples of street art. This was a great tour! I highly recommend it. Bertrand makes history come alive and with his great knowledge and sense of humor there is never a dull moment!

I reviewed our D'Orsay tour with MPP. This was just as great. We were lucky enough to get the same fantastic guide--Laure. She seems super-excited to share with you her vast knowledge of Montmartre. It's a good hike but well worth it for any admirers of Picasso,Van Gogh and all the other artists who lived and worked there. She'll also limn the lives of other people you may not have heard about (of course she has read about them all!). Excellent walking tour. Thanks MPP
