Seeing and going up the Eiffel Tower was good. Due to poor weather (high winds) we could not go to the summit of the Eiffel Tower. The river cruise was cancelled due to high water and we were unable to do this on another day. We had a long wait in the queue for the Leuvre and this was a skip the line tour. I have emailed a request for some reimbursement.

Paris is beautiful! We happened to select a very busy time of year to visit. There is no line skipping, they just make your appointments and escort you into the Eiffel Tower. The rest is up to you. You can probably do the same experience a lot cheaper just booking all three online on your own. We just had timed tickets that the company booked for us.

We didn’t get the email with the full details of the excursion until the day before. I booked the initial appointment at 12:30 not wanting to commit to anything too early that far in advance. I get an email the day before that appears to show the arrival time at the Louvre to be 9am and the Eiffel Tower to be 12:30pm. I send a message confirming these times because the email is not clear. Instead of responding Simply “yes” I received a second email that showed an arrival time for the Louvre to be 12:30pm. So I am really confused at this point. I send a message saying that and trying to confirm where we are supposed to be at what time. I don’t get a response until 8:30am the day of the excursion and apparently we are supposed to be at the Louvre at 9am. There would have been no way for us to make it on time. We were still able to visit both places because the tickets were valid all day, but the time in the Louvre was limited due to the missed appointment. The guide at the Eiffel Tower was really nice but loved way too quick and lost half the group several times.

We had a very nice day visiting the Eiffel but the Louvre was the real highlight. The boat cruise was a nice way to end the day.
