We have tried twice to book a tour with Withlocals.com. The first time the tour was canceled after 48 hours by the company because the guide wouldn’t respond. Fortunately we had 24 hours left and were able to book through GetYourGuide, who were outstanding. The second time the guide canceled just as we arrived at the meeting location in a city we were not familiar with. So a self guided tour by using my phone. They can’t be trusted, and since neither tour took place you can’t leave a review on their site (so their reviews look great). Beware.

Our tour guide WELLY canceled the tour in the night before our tour was planned. We have already payed. The organisation with locals has no telephone number, so we can not call them to ask what we can do today, to find a solution,
