My wife and I spent a week in Paris. We took the Day Trip to London. We had a phenomenal day. We took the river cruise down the Thames, ate lunch at Westminister grill, did the Hop on and Off bus seeing all the sights and finished off a great day with afternoon tea. The La Vacanza Travel staff was difficult to find upon departure and we never did find the staff when we arrived in London. We were a bit lost but figured it out. We had a two hour delay returning to Paris due to a death on the tracks. Very sad! We loved this experience and highly recommend it. Buckingham Palace was one of our favorite sights.

Viator let us down completely.

For my mother's 75th birthday, I brought her to Paris with a day-trip to London booked with Viator. The tour guide failed to meet our group in London leading to the forfeiture of our river cruise and experiencing most of the London attractions. I have never been more upset or disappointed. Ever.
