Even with advanced timed paid tickets it took 40 minutes to get into the museum and it was still so crowded it just wasn’t a fun visit and this was on a Monday that I thought wouldn’t be as busy, It a huge museum and still with all the crowds it was hard..
We didn’t get the tickets till two hours before the museum after talking to La Vacanza Travel Support. Apparently there was a glitch in email communications. I was under the impression that this would be skip-the-line tour. We had to stand in the Louvre Museum line for a while before we got it. I was under the impression the audio guide would be through a dedicated device they give you at the Museums. This was a 1 star app we had to download from the App Store that took a long time to download and was underwhelming. Not very impressed.
Best entry ever, quick and easy! We missed que of hundreds with this skip the line. Our only wish is that the info came with directions to find the priority access portal.
We ontvingen nooit de geldige tickets! Telefonisch waren jullie niet bereikbaar!! Bij Qualium werd er geen reservatie terug gevonden onder jullie reservatie nummer!! Veel stress en miserie en uiteindelijk nieuwe tickets in het Louvre moeten kopen!! Dit is een echte schande TRIPADVISOR!!! Ik had graag een deftige uitleg en terugbetalen van 78€ ontvangen!!
Nous avons passé un moment formidable au sein du plus beau et plus grand musée du monde. L’accès s’est fait très rapidement et nous avons appris énormément de chose à l’aide de notre audio guide. Je recommande définitivement.
