It is the most considerable ripoff experience I have ever had! 1. We waited in line in the rain for 30 minutes to enter the museum- (there is no skip-the-line option FYI) 2. The audible tour would not download even while connected to the hotel's wifi 3. The tickets did not come through email initially, as La Vacanza Travel was not allowing attachments to come through their system. I had to call La Vacanza Travel and had the passes sent through another email Do not waste your time or energy buying this package!
The 4 pm ticket I was sold to enter the Louvre was no good as the museum closed at 5:30 pm. I also bought this ticket several months in advance to prepare for my tours. You sent me my ticket on March 28 when my trip to the Louvre was on March 29. La Vacanza Travel should have been aware that sending important information so late is not efficient. PS. I bought a ticket for 22 euros the following morning and saw the Louvre exhibits. Every other La Vacanza Travel vendor communicated with me in advance, so I could do my research while in the US. You were the only La Vacanza Travel vendor that waited until the last moment. Kindly be aware that as tourists we are unfamiliar with the city's language and layout and it takes us much more time to reach our destinations. even with help. The River Cruise is on the other side of Paris and you have to get there by metro and a long walk. It was humanly impossible to do it on the same day. PS. I also bought a riverboat cruise ticket for 18 euros.
DO NOT PURCHASE THIS TICKET!!!! If I could give this zero stars, I would. We didn't receive our tickets 48 hours before the activity, I had to message La Vacanza Travel the morning of to get our tickets emailed to us. We only received our Louvre tickets and not the river cruise tickets. I messaged La Vacanza Travel 5 seperate times throughout the day to try and receive siene river cruise tickets and we kept getting the same answer and email that didn't have tickets included. There is also limited information about the cruise and doesn't give you a meeting point, so we were very confused and had to ask around. When we finally found the spot, the boat company couldn't help us either without a ticket. We had spent so much time trying to work out what was happening, that we eventually gave up and missed out on the cruise. Also after multiple times trying to message and call the company, they never replied. VERY disappointed!!
The informatica that I received wasn’t accurate. I want my refund. I send an email but they didn’t respond.
We tried and tried to get ahold of the company and no luck couldn’t get our tickets to come through on phone as promised. While standing there at th Louvre several other people came up using the same company and couldn’t get thier tickets to show on their phones either. So here we are in Paris with no tickets there’s a line miles long to buy tickets . So that’s what we had to do spend more money to see something we had already paid $110. To see. No we are not happy with this company , will tell everybody we know or meet to not use it and I’m sure all those other people feel the same
