I booked this as a private tour for my husband and I. It was expensive over 200 euros..and I have to say I was disappointed. It is very unfortunate, but the tour guide gets paid very little, and the tour company is the one that keeps most of the money. We took the metro from les halles and paid not only for our metro tickets, but also the metro ticket of our guide,,as it was stated that the guides are paid very little..one would expect on a private tour, expensive as it was, that we would not be paying for metro tickets. The guide was very disorganized, did not have a plan of what we were going to see. This could have been so much better, if the tour had involved some planning beforehand. After paying so much so we could have a private tour, we were incredibly disappointed. I would not recommend this tour

The tour guide was a very nice lady. However, her grasp of the English language was very limited and she was constantly going onto her phone to get the words she needed. That could be managed if she didn't talk soooo quietly. We constantly had to have her repeat herself. We could not hear her and she spoke facing her feet instead of facing us. I didn't get much out of this tour.

As someone who lives in Montmartre herself, the guide was well versed on the history of the area, the famous artists who have lived there, and especially the interior of Sacré-Cœur. She is articulate, has a good sense of humor, and speaks excellent English. Thank you for a wonderful experience. Highly recommend.

Notre guide Dorothée Lambert a été très professionnelle, compétente, enjouée, et ce fut un véritable plaisir de découvrir la face cachée de Montmartre en sa compagnie.
