To truly enjoy Montmartre Village you must fist let Jill introduce you. Her passion and knowledge of this special place makes its present day and history come alive. From unique pieces of modern street art to notable places where history was made - you will become intimate with Montmartre as you walk and sample special cuisine throughout the village. We learned so many unique facts about Paris, art, artists and of course Montmartre itself. Jill was generous with her time and the pace of the tour was perfect for a place with lots of uphill ground to cover. We stayed in the village after the tour ended, had a wonderful lunch at a place Jill recommended, and then comfortably explored on our own. We would not have been able to experience Montmartre so well without Jill’s guidance.

Terrific time with Jill in Montmartre, from her very clear meet-up instructions to her insider’s tips for enjoying Paris. Jill, a Montmartre resident, has a deep love and knowledge of the area, which she shares with enthusiasm. At the beginning of the walk, Jill asked us about our particular interests—art and architecture—and tailored her tour to answer our questions and to inspire new ones. We loved her stories about the lives of the artists, which really enriched our understanding. Jill was very generous with her time, and walking the streets of Montmartre with her was like spending a few precious hours with a knowledgable and opinionated (in a good way) friend. Do yourself a favor and book with Jill. Even if your interests are not focused on art and architecture, Jill’s broad knowledge of the area will enrich your visit.

Super fun tour with an awesome guide! We are a family of five (ages 11-14), and Jill took the time to get to know them and their interests. She used that information to tailor the tour. It kept them involved, and she spent a lot of time engaging with them. The walk was beautiful, and Jill’s personal knowledge about Montmartre added to a wonderful experience.

Jill was great! We couldn’t make it to our initial tour and she was very nice and took time from her day to reschedule and give us a very special private tour experience. She went above and beyond and the tour was great! We loved to see Montmartre with a local. You can tell she loves her village and knows every corner of it. I highly recommend her tour.
