This class was alot of fun. Our instructor was very knowledgeable and gave great tips to make the perfect eclair and cream puffs.
My daughter booked this for us as a birthday gift for me during our stay in Paris. Our instructor Stephan is a professional chef who not only guided through the process of making eclairs but was also so friendly and helpful. The cooking school is immaculate! This is a must do for anyone visiting Paris. We had so much fun and the pastries that we made were delicious too!

It is really a very good course and a charming entertainment. Very friendly, very tasty, very applicable to life. Stephan is very professional both as a chef and as a teacher. We had a great time.
This was such an amazing class. I learned so much. There will be so many flavorfull eclairs for the holidays! Very easy to follow instructions. I am looking forward to my next class at Le Foodist.
