This class was extremely well organized. My granddaughter and I made three great desserts. I highly recommend this class and will do another soon

This class was terrific. Julie is well organized and a very professional teacher. Small class. We made creme caramel, Madeline’s, a an eight layer meringue cake. Both the adults and the teens loved it. Especially being able to take home everything we made. This is definitely 10 stars!

Our pastry chef was great! We had a fun group and learned a lot. We got to eat to our hearts content and still had some extra to take home. We learned a lot and enjoyed ourselves greatly!

That`s right, I liked the first impression and the reviews so much that I booked a lesson for my sister and niece and myself, and then four more for myself. I am glad that I did because this was something I looked forward to doing every day, something active and interesting - and I had loads of baked goods to eat and share with friends when we had a dinner at the week`s end. I took the baguette class, the pain au chocolat/croissant class, the pastries/entremets class and the creme caramel/Florentines class. Julie was friendly, helpful and only stepped in to take over when whatever I was doing would have made a disaster rather than a dessert. She was quite organized, kept to the schedule, chatted and gave us a lot of useful, practical advice. They also have some baking equipment and a few ingredients - all of which I have made good use of over the last year (I took these classes in December/January 2016). The pastry sleeve/cone, the vanilla granules, the little sugar bits for the choux pastry balls and especially the really useful thermometer/timer. My sister also bought some things there. Julie, who has worked in a professional French pastry background, will chat about it if you ask her how her training was. So interesting. Most of her guests are Americans, but in my classes were Australians and Portuguese, as well.
