Immerse yourself in a truly French art-de-vivre with an unique olfactory journey to the Fragonard Perfume Museum in Paris, located right next door to the Opera Garnier. The perfect opportunity to discover a unique collection of ancient fragrance bottles. Immersed in a Second Empire atmosphere, visitors traverse three thousand years of history : Know-how of Grasse, vanished raw materials, ancient fragrant objects, the museum is a perfumer’s laboratory with rare and precious bottles from the Pharaohs to Fabergé as witnesses of social and cultural habits.
After the visit of 20 minutes, we invite you for a moment of sensory and olfactory memory development with the explanation of the olfactory pyramid, the recognition of 3 blended compositions that enter into the Flower of the Year eau de toilette. During the visit, you will create and customize, following the advices of our teacher, your own Eau de Toilette (12 ml in a spray).

Live an original olfactory experience (in english) with the discovery of the Perfume Museum

After the theory, let’s practice! Attend the Flower-of-the-Year Olfactory Workshop (in english) and become the creator of your own Eau de Toilette.

While visiting the Perfume Museum (tour in english), we invite you to unveil the history, the origin, the culture of this very special flower and the way it is used in perfumery. A moment of sensory and olfactory memory development with the explanation of the olfactory pyramid, the recognition of 3 blended compositions that enter into the Flower of the Year eau de toilette. Delightful experience for those who love perfume and want to learn more. Staff were friendly and very knowledgeable. They were also very accommodating when we ran late. They re booked us for the next day. Excellent perfume at very affordable prices.

Our guide was wonderful, and our family of four (two adults, two teens) had a really nice time creating our perfums and learning about the history and science. Great tour, just long enough. Strong recommend.

This was another tour included with the Paris Pass, informative and enjoyable on the whole. The shop directed us next door to the 'waiting area' but there were zero seats here - had to sit on the stairs as my feet were aching... and the carpet was filthy. Nevertheless, I'm glad we made this last minute booking - the last tour of the day and it lasted much longer than billed. If the previous ones ran to time I think they'd be rather rushed. It is a basic workshop, as others have said, but the guide/demonstrator was really helpful and considerate, and went on to describe the history/techniques and artefacts in the small museum very concisely. Of course, it all ended up back in the shop with a few more testers and 'special offers' (you know - just for our group) but I didn't feel under any pressure to part with any money. Some interesting smells certainly, but I'm happy to stick with my own brand.

The workshop was very informative but there were not enough choices of top, heart and base notes to mix. Nonetheless, the experience was one of a kind.
