Don't book with La Vacanza Travel! On the app it said my 48h excursion started on 31 march and was for only 24h; I thought I recalled I bought it to start on 30 march. Contacted La Vacanza Travel by WhatsApp, they said it was indeed 31 March and 24h. When I went to get the tickets big bus said it had started on 31 march and was for 48h. Sent all of this and the screenshot of the conversation with La Vacanza Travel and was denied a partial refund!

I found that the story of the Arc de Triomphe shows the pride of the French. I loved being able to see the city from the roof from several vantage points. I took photos and found the view breathtaking.

Booked the tour for the day. We started at the eiffel tower and needed to return there. It was about 430 when we boarded to make our way back but at 5pm the bus driver stopped and said they were done for the day and made everyone get off. He just dumped us. I am not familiar with Paris and it was dark so it was very upsetting. We had to get an uber back to our starting point which took 40 minutes and cost about $50. I would never use this company again. This is absolutely terrible to strand people. Especially when they advertise that their buses run until 8pm and it was only 5! Use a different company that will care about your welfare.

We enjoyed the Arc tour and the use of the Hop-on hop-off, but what it took to get the bus tickets and then the Arc tickets from the BigBus company was aggravating. The tour operator never responded to contacts thru La Vacanza Travel, and direct with La Vacanza Travel. I only received bus tickets after spending hours in contact with La Vacanza Travel, and finally in chat with BigBus. On the day of the tour I received the bus vouchers at 2:30pm. Then you have to get to their office to get the Arc tickets, and only one of four were initially created. We did not get to the Arc until after 6 and BigBus shuts down the route at 6 , so no return transportation thru them. Suggest another tour operator for Arc tickets etc.

Was very informative however the 500 steps to get up there and down hurt. I didn’t know there were that many steps up. But it was beautiful once u got there.
