Driver was there and waiting where he said he would be. Sign was visible and easy to read. I’m a talker but the driver was not😊.

The driver’s car smelled awful. We had to open windows to escape smell and he spoke no English. Because of delays beyond the drivers control. The 1 hour trip took 2& 1/2 hours.

The pickup was easy, the driver very friendly and he helped with our large luggage. Also, we found this very affordable, more than a taxi or Uber, but well worth it!

The whole experience was great. We had a bit of trouble connecting with the driver at the airport (not his fault) but he called us, we connected, and soon we were on our way. The driver spoke good English, but we didn’t talk much because the traffic was so heavy we didn’t want to distract him. We got to the hotel quickly and he even helped with our bags. A great way to get to the hotel in the center of Paris!

We booked airport transfer for 8. I knew we would have a large amount of luggage (we are staying in France for 2 weeks) and opened a chat with La Vacanza Travel before booking to make sure they could accommodate us. They reached out to the operator and they said it would be no problem. The day before we arrived, the operator reached out to us and again said the luggage wouldn’t be a problem. We arrived at CDG and texted the operator to say we had arrived. They told us to text again when we had retrieved our bags and meet them at departure door 16. The description said they would meet us with a name board, but it wasn’t a big deal. The van showed up with 6 seats facing each other in the back and a bench seat in the front-with a baby seat. We could fit all of us and the luggage, so the driver got some of us in an unlicensed cab and told us we would be reimbursed the 50 euro cost. Inconvenient, but not a big deal. Then he tried to drop us off at the wrong hotel. Then La Vacanza Travel will not give us our 50 Euro because they said we had too much luggage (6 of us only had 1 bag). It would have been much cheaper and faster for us to take 3 taxis. The driver didn’t offer us water and talked on his phone the whole time. DO NOT USE!!!!
