09:30 - 10:10 visit at the local family producer Champagne Chateau Boursault located on the top of the hills. Tasting of 3 Glass of Champagne with explanations. Walking to the Chateau with beautiful views over the vineyards inside of the walls of the Chateau.
10:45 Departure to Epernay (10 km). It takes about 15 minutes.
Attn. On Sundays Champagne Chateau Boursault is closed. So we will offer You another local Champagne producer.

10:30 - 12:00 Arrival in Epernay. Guided tour at Moet et Chandon due to the chosen Option.

12:00 - 13:30 Lunch break in Épernay. Épernay is known as the Champagne Capital of France. Located along the Marne surrounded by the wine hills it is Home to many region’s most prestigious champagne houses. Épernay is a must for wine and champagne lovers. Walk the Avenue of Champagne attracts many tourists.
13:30 Departure to Hautvillers village. It takes 10 minutes (6 km).

13:40 - 14:10 Visit the Abbey's Church of Saint-Sindulphe of the Abbey Saint-Pierre d'Hautvillers. It is a former Benedictine monastery. The Abbey was founded in 665 and remained active till the French Revolution 1789. Dom Perignon has developed the wine making methods in the region of Champagne. Nowadays there are 26 local Champagne producers in the village. Stop at the View point with best Panoramic views over the vineyards and Marne river.
14:10 Departure to Reims. It takes 30 minutes (28 km).

14:45 - 15:20 Audio-guided visit of the Pommery Champagne house with UNESCO listed caves visit and 1 glass of Champagne tasting.
15:20 Departure to Veuve Clicquot Domaine. It takes 5 minutes (850m).

15:30 - 17:00 Veuve Clicquot Champagne house visit. Existing since 1772 Veuve Clicquot produces nowadays more that 22 million bottles per year and is one of the biggest producers. Guided tour though the cellars made by Veuve Clicquot staff gives You great insight into the history and Champagne production method. Tasting of 2 glasses of Champagne completes this experience.
17:00 Departure to Reims Cathedral. It takes 5 minutes (2 km).
