Worst photoshoot I ever had in my life. Natalia was the one who took photos of me and my husband. We booked premium photoshoot on Dec 2022 for our first visit to Paris to make more memorable. But she spoiled our entire holiday mood. Photos were that much worst. They are not even accepting their mistake they still justify. Smiler customer care is too bad. I will never recommend this to anyone. You can take better photos with cameras. Totally disappointed. I can take better photos with my mobile camera. Biggest mistake in my life. Never ever recommend. Better buy a selfi stick and click photos.

Our Photographer Bryan was so kind and helpful. We were lost for the photoshoot venue but he made sure to come and get us. He made sure we are comfortable and made some suggestions on our post as a couple. Our photos are amazing. What a good experience.

Photographer knew the right spots to get the right shots but was inexperienced with regards to mid day lighting and shadows. But still good value for the money as my cousin is a full time photographer and would have charged more.
