Our guided tour was excellent! She was able to maneuver our group through the lines and we were able to see the Mona Lisa in less than 30 minutes from entering the museum. We had been told to expect wait times of 90 minutes from other visitors. Guided tours get different entry lines and it was a tremendous time saving. Our guide was very knowledgeable about many of the paintings and sculptures and made our visit very interesting. With her guidance we were able to see most of the major holdings during our tour. I had hoped to see some of the Monet paintings as well, but they are in another museum. Tip: Be sure to arrive at the business location early as the lines for check-in can be long. The staff are able to expedite check in very well though. There is a nice café across from the business you can have a coffee while waiting for your departure time.

Based on some reviews we read, we were concerned how this trip would play out. We were extremely pleased as everything ran very smoothly. We had booked the night before due to extremely long lines even for those that already had purchased a ticket. We arrived 30 min prior in office to collect our tickets which was quick and efficient. Waited outside for our tour guide at 9am and tour exceeded our expectations. Great value for money we spent and best of all hassle free.

Our tour guide (Nicole) was personable, knowledgeable, charismatic, and interesting. She had valuable and compelling information about the museum, and without her, the visit could easily have been overwhelming!

Get ready for the crowds but worth all the haste. What a wonderful facility. The art was breathtaking especially the sculptures. The Mona Lisa exhibit was CRAZY but a must see. Our guide was great.

Our guide was funny, smart, and very direct. Brilliant tour, gladly would’ve paid much more to have such a smart individual show us one of the grandest museums in the world. I’ll be pulled it off in 2 1/2 hours was amazing. From anceint world to the more modern...And all along sprinkled with a funny story, and insights. Never lose this guide.
