As soon as you make your booking, download your voucher to your mobile phone and show it to your host at the meeting point.

Your Eiffel Tower tickets will be given to you at a location close to the Eiffel Tower that will be described on your vouchers.

After providing you with your Eiffel Tower entry tickets and practical information, the host will be leading you to the Eiffel Tower 2nd floor.

Once you reach the tower, the host will be with you through the security check at the entrance and the ticket scan for the elevator before leaving you to visit the 2nd floor independently. You may stay as long as you wish inside the tower, to take in all the views and sights of Paris city.

It is the most DISHONEST company I have ever had contact with. They have no empathy, they don't want to help the customer, they treat tourists like TRASH. Tripadvisor shouldn't let this type of company offer services here. In the face of any adverse situation, they don't want to help, the situation is like this, your problem, f*** you.

The tour was closed and got evacuated for security reasons and we couldn’t go up … and we tried again in the evening and it got closed and evacuated again . And i requested and waiting for full refund. Also when i did the booking i did for both tour eiffel and bateaux seine river when i met the tour guide she told me that i booked only the Tour Eiffel despite it was clear in my ticket that i have one hour cruise visit …. And i had to go and pay again so overall experience was horrible and waiting for the refund on my credit card.

The Eiffel Tower was OK, but the cruise was disappointing. The guide didn't tell you much and his English wasn't the best.
