  • Changes requested only with more than 24 hours before pickup time

  • Any extra costs that may be caused by exceeding the free waiting time of the driver.

We did the round trip service from the airport to our hotel and back. This type of transfer is the best way to travel. Both drivers were great. They were courteous and took great care of us.

The driver was prompt but the car wasn’t the most desirable , the windshield was cracked from the driver side to the passenger side and it wasn’t the cleanest vehicle used to transport clients.

Very efficient airport transfer. Mytransfers informed us of exactly where the driver would be waiting. As soon as we had come through customs he was there waiting with my name clearly visible. The driver even sent a text ten minutes before we met him to inform us that he was waiting. Excellent service.

A little frustrating at the airport pickup as the driver didn’t speak English and he wasn’t at the door indicated for pickup. That was finally resolved. The other frustrating part was I tried confirming the pickup for the airport return and no one answered their phone or answered their messages. La Vacanza Travel immediately responded to this dilemma but couldn’t get a response either. Fortunately, at 4:10 am, the driver was at our hotel. Besides the stomach churning experience, the driver was courteous and drove with caution.
