Constructed to preserve the building techniques of the past, the building exemplifies hand-hewn woodworking skills in Thailand. Built based on the religious philosophy of impermanence, the complex features four wings dedicated to Thai, Khmer, Chinese and Indian religious iconography respectively. am anfang muss warten-dann eine ansage und die leute versammmeln sich und werden dann belehrt.frei knie und freie schulter sind nicht erwuenscht und man muss die passenden zutaten kaufen dann muessen wir hinunter klettern und immer begleitet von der lauten stimme des fuehrers.--- das heiligtum ist ein wunderschones gebaeude mit irre vielen wunderschoenen geschnitzten figuren und saeulen. es ist absolut sehenswert. aber um das heiligtum wird auch viel geld gemacht. es gibt massagen .ritt mit dem pferd und dem elefanten. es gibt restaurants. und waren relativ froh ,dass wir das gelaende mit dem ueberlaufenden vielen menschen verlassen konnten. ich glaube nicht,dass der erbauer dieses wunderbaren heilgtum sich die sache so vorgestellt hat.
