In the morning we reach a local farmhouse in which we will have a fun cooking class: we will learn how to make a lasagna! We will have a tour of the farmhouse on which animals are raised in the wild and products are organic. Then we will go to the kitchen and we will start cooking: we will learn all the secrets about the art of making pasta, the ingredients, the utensils and the combinations with condiments. We are so confident in your skills, that the lasagna you will prepare will be the main course of our lunch, buon appetito!
After lunch we will have a pleasant experience in the Umbrian countryside. After a brief introduction to horseback riding and approaching with this noble animal, a relaxing horseback ride will begin along the enchantment of the Franciscan path through landscapes of uncontested beauty, spirituality, and fragments of precious history which are unique in the world.
