Unfortunately we had a terrible experience and would not recommend this service. It was very dissppointing to say the least and a huge waste of money. We had a driver that had very limited English so we had no commentary about KL or about the areas we were driving through which made it very long and boring. The mini bus seats were uncomfortable and had half empty water bottles in the seat backs. We were not given water until we asked for it at the fourth stop and even then the driver had to pull up and buy it from a street vendor. It would have been nice if we were given cold water after the first stop at Batu caves as it was extremely hot. Batu Caves was excellent with enough time but it went downhill from there. We were then taken to some dodgy watch shop, a terrible coffee shop and asked if we wanted to go to a chocolate store. Although the lunch was an excellent indian buffet, it was in a large restaurant down some laneway. Not what any of us were expecting as we thought we'd have a more cultural experience as suggested by the title. We did not get to go to: -Royal Sengalor Visitor Centre (apparently too far!!) -Jadi Batek Gallery -Little India Brickfields I don't know if we passed Sultan Abdul Samad Building, Saint Mary's Cathedral or even KLCC Park as there was no commentary from the driver as to where we were.

Great excursion. Difficult to get into the back 2 seats in the car (2 couples on tour). Driving bit manic, including minor prang with the safety barrier!

Booked this tour as was pick up from Port Klang & being a good hour from Kuala Lumpur was a bonus. Roy was our driver for the day. He was a jolly guy & a diligent driver in some very busy/crazy traffic! The vehicle was clean with good air con. We opted out of visiting the pewter place by choice. Batu caves is a must see. The Batik place had a quick demonstration then a look round their gorgeous products. Plenty of silk patterns & fab shirts. We stopped for a lunch in Brickfields which was enjoyable then onwards for the sights of KL. We thoroughly enjoyed our whirlwind tour. The only suggestion I have for the operator is if you added a visit to the Central Market to allow travellers an hour for looking/buying this would be a perfect day trip for those on a tight schedule. Thank you Roy for an enjoyable experience.
