I am giving 1 star because when we arrived there was no record of me purchasing 2 VIP tickets and we nearly had to purchase 2 more. Luckily the girl who we had to show our proof of purchase let us go through after I told her I had purchased the tickets for my husband’s birthday. I really don’t know why La Vacanza Travel is still allowing this tour company to scam people. Clearly you can see in the reviews that we are not the only ones. We should not have to argue or explain that we have purchased tickets. Especially when it costs over $200 Aus dollars. On the other hand the boxing was fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

Never book. Have to go to Phuket town to get tickets and they never responded to me. Had to buy duplicate tickets at the fight

Scam. This tour operator never showed for pick up after paying for VIP service ,Because of this experience, I doubt I will ever book with La Vacanza Travel again.

Cheat. Never turned in our booking. We arrived to find out tour operator is a thief. Never submitted our booking. Had to buy tickets at the gate. Beware

Great Experience To See The Thai Boxing And To Sit Ringside Was Really Nice But To Be Honest Not A Necessity. Atmosphere And Fights Were Brilliant.
