I have difficulty walking & a number of health issues. Every member of the crew is attentive and helpful. It’s a large and intimidating ship but from the Captain through to the crew everyone is friendly welcoming and safety is a focus. The pontoon is larger than any one I have seen, it’s a structure out at the reef. It even has a ‘lift’ to lower someone like me into the water. It was great, but slightly out of my comfort zone to be immersed into the reef & see some coral and fish. I think it’s better to go twice in order to prepare for the experience.

Had a miserable time. I'm plus size couldn't get a Lycra suit my size, so effectively spent 4 hours sitting on a boat. If I had known I would have bought a wetsuit. Because I couldn't join in the rest of my party sat it out too. So when my wife suggested seeing the Great Barrier Reef would be the "trip of a lifetime". I didn't realise it would just feel like a lifetime sitting on a boat.

transport anywhere around Port Douglas so easy and convenient. We used this nearly every day. opportunity to buy unlimited day passes on non consecutive days. Some days we only used it once so just paid the six dollars for that trip. Other days we traveled more than twice making it work while to use a day pass. Just call them and only once were they out to a ten minute wait. usually just around the corner. Pick up anywhere. So convenient. First time we have not hired a car. Out accomodation was a few km out of town.
