Overview

Enjoy a private transfer to/from Mauritius International Airport to your hotel in an air conditioned vehicle.

For Arrival transfers, you will be greeted at the Tour Operator area at Counter 24, just after the customs check, then guided to your transfer vehicle.

Departure transfers will be organized with you in advance for a stress-free ride from your hotel to the airport. 

This private vehicle can accommodate 3 pax maximum. The maximum luggage allowed is 3 suitcase and 3 carry-on bag per traveler and rides are approximately 60-75 minutes, depending on traffic conditions.

What Can You Expect?

This tour is a one-way transfer either from the airport to your hotel, or from your hotel to the airport.

For Arrival Transfers:

After you pass through the Customs check at the airport, you will meet your driver at Counter 24 in the Tour Operator area. You'll be offered a bottle of water and a cold towel for refreshment. Then, you can relax in the vehicle as you're transferred to your hotel.

The maximum luggage allowed is 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag per traveler and rides are approximately 60-75 minutes, depending on traffic conditions.

For Departure Transfers:

Once you have booked your departure transfer, you'll be contacted to confirm your pickup location and flight number. Then, you'll be notified of the time of your transport.

The maximum luggage allowed is 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag per traveler and rides are approximately 60-75 minutes, depending on traffic conditions.

We used this Company as they are the agents for Mauritius Direct. Our airport to hotel and return were fantastic - we were met, welcomed with a drink and a representative took our luggage and guided us to our transport and loaded everything for us - perfect. The same happened on return, could not fault. With regards to trips whilst on the island and internal transfer, they were not so good. The trips offered were 3 times the price of the ones offered within 5 star hotels and other than being told they were the best there didn’t seem to be much difference! We did use and pay for an internal transfer combined with a trip which was ok but no better than the taxi service provided at both of our hotels. Would definitely recommend for airport services but would check details of any trips and wouldn’t recommend for guidance of trips/things to do once in resorts/hotel. Rep didn’t even show at 2nd hotel!

Our agent had organized private transfer for us with Coquille Bonheur and we were greeted at the airport and taken to our driver. That evening we had a message from Nisha welcoming us to Mauritius and offered to meet us at our resort the next day. We met Nisha who is so friendly, professional and is very proud of her beautiful island and discussed what we would like to do whilst there. She offered us all the services we required including transfer and pick up for a prebooked speedboat trip and also a driver for the day to take us to Casela park and then to Port Louis and return us to our resort. She stayed in contact with us even giving us very useful tips in what to take with us on our trips (really helpful). We were very impressed with Coquille Bonheur and especially Nisha…thank you so much to all the drivers we had and especially to Nisha you all made our holiday amazing!

Coquille Bonheur were extremely helpful from the moment we arrived in Mauritius. Our rep greeted us at their airport counter on arrival and we enjoyed a smooth transfer to our resort in a comfortable luxury car. We transferred across a number of hotels around the island and our driver Covilen was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful on each transfer. Highly recommend Coquille Bonheur for your luxury transfers and excursions in Mauritius. We will definitely be using Coquille Bonheur again on our next visit to this beautiful destination.

As soon as you get out of the arrival hall at the Mauritius international airport, you are welcomed at Counter No24 by a beautiful smile. Then I was surprised, we were offered some water in a eco-friendly cup. We were then direct to our driver Ajay, who was waiting for us next to his vehicle. Our transfer from the airport to the hotel was seamless. Our driver was so passionate about his island and so carrying. We will surely recommend Coquille Bonheur to our family and friends!!! Thank you for the great work and service. Wishing the Coquille Bonheur family all the best!!!!!!!
