I'm a local Fine Artist Painter, lived & studied Arts for all my life abroad and at my home town Porto, a few years ago along with my wife Silvia decided to open our Studio Gallery in the most inspiring neighbourhood of Porto. The neighbourhood of Sé Cathedral right at the historical centre, close to Ribeira, D. Luis Bridge, Clerigos Tower it's in a narrow and typical street off the beaten path where I have everything I need to do my Art and host you in a Unique Painting Class...

    • São Bento Tube station 5 minutes walking distance to our studio
    • Our studio is located in a typical and narrow street of morro da Sé Cathedral, in a walking distance you will find Sé Cathedral, Ribeira, D. Luis I Bridge, Guindais, São Bento Station, and the neighbourhood of Sé itself it's a typical and magical place full of inspiring spots.

    • Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level
    • Ltd seats available, pls only participants will be able to stay in the studio during the class.

    I can’t speak highly enough of Hugo. I was late due to trains being delayed and he made me feel so welcomed despite this disruption. His tuition was so encouraging and calm. He spent more than the allocated time just to make sure we were happy with the experience. I’ve been to a few watercolour fun tutorials but this is the outstanding best experience I’ve had. Thanks so much Hugo. You are such a patient, talented artist and tutor. 🙏🏻

    Yesterday, I had the opportunity to participate in this activity. Personally, it was a great experience. I found myself losing track of time. The small, intimate group environment allows the participants to enroll in the activity as well as feel comfortable asking the host questions and engaging with others. Hugo, the host, was very friendly and helpful, making the entire class relax and a great time. As an activity, it can be done by anyone. Either if you are attending alone, in a small group or a pair, I recommend. It's an amazing way to have a great time exploring the details of Porto architecture by painting it. Even if you have no major prior experience in this painting technique, Hugo will guide you calmly and the end result will certainly be amazing. I went by myself, and I couldn't recommend it more. It was a lovely afternoon with Hugo and the other guests. Hopefully, I will come back soon. Thank you, Hugo, for the great time!

    This was such a lovely experience. Hugo is a real gentleman and was so patient in his teaching. I am a complete beginner and I actually came away with a pretty good painting (if I do say so myself!). My husband and I did this together and it was just a really lovely way to spend a few hours in Porto. We would both highly recommend this experience!

    Hugo is an amazing artist and kind human, very friendly environment in his studio and such a fun & calm experience, you feel like time stops for these 2 hours!
