• Pick ups will be between 8:30 - 9:00 am. We will contact customers by email with final details, regarding meeting point and pick up hour.
• Parents should bring the baby car seat ajusted to infant's age (1 to 3 years old). We only have seats available after 4 years old.
• This tour has two different options, with or without pick ups. If you choose the option with the meeting point this tour may or may not be done in a minibus or bus. If you choose the pick up option, depending on where you are located, this tour may or may not be done in a minivan.
• This tour may be done in two languages. We try to avoid it, but sometimes we have no other solution.
• For lunch we provide meet, fish, vegan and vegetarian option.
• Private option it's done in a private vehicle only with your private guide. The vineyards and rest of the locations are shared with other participants.
• Reschedulings with less than 24 hours before the start of the tour will be charged a 30% fee (subject to availability);
• This tour/activity will have a maximum of 36 travelers
• Confirmation will be received at time of booking

We will send you the exact pickup details one day before the start of the tour, please confirm the reception of the pickup details.
If you choose the pickup option, we do pickups in hotels and Airbnbs well located in the historic center of Porto.
If not in a easy to reach place we will ask you to meet us somewhere not more than 5 minutes walking distance, to help the guide find a good place to stop the vehicle.
