The tour will start at our meeting point and take you to the renowned Douro region. On your way to the Douro, the guide will provide information about Portuguese history, development and the cultural facts of Portuguese heritage.

Welcome to the Douro Region, famous for its valley, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the oldest demarcated wine region with unique landscapes of vineyards and the magical Douro River giving you the perfect background for a day of amazing wine tastings.

Stop At: Sabrosa, Sabrosa, Vila Real District, Northern Portugal
Arriving in Sabrosa, we'll make our first visit of the day. We'll discover the first of two wineries where you'll learn about the production and history of the Douro region and its wines. You'll have the opportunity to taste different wines before lunch. After the visit, lunch will be served - a traditional Portuguese meal accompanied by red or white wine from the Douro.

After lunch we will drive through the Douro roads on the way to Pinhão and we will do a quick photo stop at one of the most impressive viewpoints of the region.

Now it's time to set sail! Enjoy a 50-minute panoramic cruise on the Douro River from Pinhão aboard a traditional Rabelo boat.

This tour is not over yet! We still have time to visit another renowned winery. The winery's expert guide will lead you around the estate, explaining the process from vineyard to bottle, ending with a magnificent tasting of three different types of wine.
