The music and songs sounded good when we got upstairs, and the two glasses of port were refreshing, unfortunately, our "English-speaking" guide at the beginning of our tour was difficult to understand due to his odd accent. He also spoke much too fast without nflection, so it all sounded like a prepared speech. It was really difficult to follow!

Almost did not book because of some of the reviews, but we’re in Porto for just 2 days and didn’t want an all day tour, so this 1.15 hour activity was perfect! This is a small cellar. Really cute and nicely done. You get to browse the museum on your own before the tour begins. There was a separate tour in English (which I really appreciated). Tour was short, really informative and the guide told many jokes which made the tour even more fun and lighthearted. We got to taste 2 ports (white and red) and for my teen he got 2 juices. The tasting was during the Fado which was fantastic. They did not stinge on the Fado, they sang quite a few songs and got the audience involved as well. All in all a really nice experience.

We enjoyed the tour of the winery, but the show wasn't that great. It was a little too long and the female singer got mad when people talked and kind of chastised the crowd, which was weird. I have heard that other shows include a history of the origin of FADO music, which would have been nice. They played about 12 songs, but maybe 6 would have been a better length. People were getting pretty antsy.

Arrive early (~ 15min before your start time) to walk through a small museum about the brand. The tour included a 30-40min guided tour through the cellars. Even my parents were able to understand most of it (they are not that fluent in English). Afterwards you can taste two port wines while two singers will preform for ~45min. It was nice and the location of the Wine Cellar is great. BUT: We would prefer to have a longer and more extended tour and a shorter music session.

The background on the port was interesting. I really liked the fine white port. The best thing though was the Fado show. The guitarists and singers were great. I really enjoyed the show.
