You will have the opportunity to visit a winery, learning about all the production processes on a guided tour that will uniquely enrich you. Great tour. Ivo is an amazing guide and we had a nice day out. It’s a must see really when you are in Porto. Great lunch and overall excellent experience.

From the friendly bus pick up in Porto to the return some nine hours later, we had nothing but good experiences. The wine operator tours and lectures were not too long yet very enthusiastic and informative. The river cruise itself was relaxing and incredibly beautiful. Lunch was absolutely delicious and the servers were fun and professional. The transport bus was quiet and comfortable and the driver was awesome... Both safe and proficient. Guests interacted after a short period to share stories and experiences making the trip very enjoyable. Best of all was our guide Milena who knitted all the experiences together into a perfect day. She was very friendly and warm, informative and kind, enthusiastic and genuine. She did not stay on the microphone too much as other tour guides tend to do, and she knew her stuff. On a scale of 1-10... We give the whole experience a solid 10. Milena herself was a 15!

A totally great day out in the valley. Our guide and driver Ivo was super knowledgeable and really knew his stuff. A really nice guy as well - top marks to him. The tour was lovely - visit the Duoro, two farms (Port makers)' a great lunch plenty of wine tasting and a river cruise. A great value. I totally recommend this tour...and ask for Ivo as the guide!

We had the best time and such a memorable day in the Douro Valley with CM tours. Paulo our guide and driver was super, gavecis lots of information, kept us all amused with his stories and was responsive to all our groups needs, just a lot of fun. The tour was faultless, picked up on the dot in Gaia, a beautiful family run artisanal winery for the morning port tasting, followed by a very enjoyable boat cruise on the Douro with more port, then a very nice 3 course lunch with panoramic views and more wine and then more gorgeous scenery before a wine tasting and tour at the more modern style Kopke winery. Paulo kindly bowed to our demands and took the scenic route home,giving us a wonderful and full day. A great group of fellow winos and just a top notch operation, thoroughly recommend. Thank you CM tours!
